Shing Kong is a senior staff engineer at Silicon Image, Inc.--a company whose expertise is in high speed digital serial interface between computers and their peripheral devices. Prior to joining Silicon Image, Shing Kong held senior technical positions at Sun Microsystems and Transmeta Corporation. Shing Kong received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California at Berkeley.
