Responsibilities: Develop in advanced CMOS processes
high-speed 10 to 12.5Gbps SerDes transceivers that conform to the CEI11, PCIE3,
and SATA3 standards. Responsibilities include architecture trade-off study, and
designing all aspects of the transceiver including clocking circuits,
equalizers, transmit driver, receive sampler, and clock-data recovery. Emphasis
is on low power and low noise design, and design for manufacturing. Other
