Professor Nikolic´ received his Dipl. Ing and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia in 1992. and 1994, respectively. He received a Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of California, Davis in 1999. He was on the faculty of the University of Belgrade from 1992 to 1996. During his graduate studies he spent two years, 1997-1999, with Silicon Systems, Inc, Texas Instruments Storage Products Group, San Jose, CA, working on disk drive signal processing electronics. In July 1999, he joined department of EECS at Berkeley. His research interests involve VLSI Signal Processing and Digital Integrated Circuits.
