Gary
Kelson
Executive Director
Gary manages BWRC member
relations, government grants, research reviews, publications and
intellectual property. He chairs the BWRC Board of Advisors.
He
brings over 30 of years experience in high tech electronics ranging from
VLSI chip design through executive management.
Kelson was EVP & General Manager of TCSI
Corporation Personal Communications Business Unit developing digital
cellular chip sets for TI, AT&T, Asahi Kasei Microsystems, Oki Electric
and others.
Prior to that Kelson was SVP & Chief Technology Officer for Silicon
Systems, Inc. where he lead SSI’s product and technology development to
become the worldwide leader of Hard Disk Drive signal processing chips
as well as a leader in communications chips.
