Office Automation Consultant

I have worked as part of a consulting team to identify the information flow and determine the hardware and software necessary to automate the whole Fundacao para o Desenvolvimento de Recursos Humanos (FDRH*). Tasks to be automated included announcement of vacancies, preparation of tests, correction of tests. Support for the automation plan lasted from 1990 until 1992.

* FDRH is the government organization responsible for the selection of people to work in the public companies of the Brazilian southernmost state with over 100 employees. This selection is done through a series of written exams. Typically, FDRH organizes hundreds of exams per year and each exam has to evaluate thousands of applicants per vacancy.
