Microprocessor Teacher - EE Department

I have taught the Microprocessors course for third level students in Computer Science at Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS*) during the two terms of 1988. This six hours a week course covered topics related to microprocessors architecture and programming. Microprocessors studied included Intel 8085 and 80286 and Motorola 68000. Two hours a week were dedicated for lab experiments with a 8085 development kit in which the students could practice assembler programming. This course has been offered by the Electronics Engineer Department.

* PUCRS is a private catholic university. It has about 18000 students. It has been founded in 1938.
