Andrei Vladimirescu is a Visiting Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California at Berkeley. His interests include all aspects of the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) of electronic circuits and systems, with special emphasis on the exploration of analog and mixed-signal design automation, component modeling and algorithms. Related interests are in high-level simulation, analog and RF design and modeling, and, design for low power and low voltage..

He is the author of "The SPICE Book" a text addressed both at students and professionals who use any version of the SPICE circuit simulator in their class or design work (J. Wiley and Sons, ISBN 0-13-178609-1).

Andrei is currently associated with the Berkeley Wireless Research Center.
